On May 28, 2025, an award ceremony was held in Moscow to honor the winners from among the top executives and CIOs leading digitalization in Russian companies. All candidates in the Top 100 were distributed by industry: Technology Platforms, Industry, FMCG and Agribusiness, Fintech, Retail and Ecom, Logistics and Transportation, IT companies and others.
Among the winners is our colleague Mikhail Shvedov. He was included in the “Top 100 IT Leaders” according to the Global CIO rating!

The mission of Global CIO is to develop digitalization in our country by bringing together leaders of digital transformation, consolidating practical experience in a single knowledge base and building communications within the entire Russian IT community.

At DELTA, thanks to the automation and digitalization of business processes, internal organization and corporate document management issues are being addressed faster and more efficiently. The developed Knowledge Base allows new employees to get up to speed with the work process, and the transition of the Career Management System “into digitalization” has made the process transparent and understandable for employees.
